Gateway Health, a not-for-profit community health service, seeks a part-time AOD practitioner to deliver adaptable assessment, counselling and care across Towong and Alpine Shires. You will travel weekly to rural communities to support at-risk individuals and work with the AOD team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
The role sits under the Community Health Centre Stand Alone Services agreement, with a pro-rata schedule and full onboarding support.
