GrainCorp in Hopetoun is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead the grain handling team at a receival site.
You will coordinate day-to-day workflow, recruit and develop staff, and support budgeting and KPI achievement within a busy harvest cycle.
You will build strong relationships with growers, customers and internal teams while ensuring protected operations, maintenance planning, and quality reporting across road and rail receival and outload processes.
