Workplace Experience Coordinator
to lead the office in
Brisbane, Queensland!
Roster across Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 with 5-6 hours per day.
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a customer centric role that provides an exceptional level of service to the Client's organization throughout the office operation
The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract
Responsible for various reporting of office work and facilities




Always ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas
THE PERSON
Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background
Ability to build and maintain effective and robust relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure
Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
