Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will lead a small team, manage rostering, mentor staff and ensure service standards are consistently met.
The ideal candidate has minimum 1 year as an F&B; manager, RSA certification, and a warm, qualified demeanor.
You will drive excellent guest experiences and collaborate with management on improvements.
