About the Role
As a trainee, you'll work closely with clients to provide compassionate care and support, including:
Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
Supporting clients' independence and wellbeing
Implementing care plans and activity programs
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Preparing and cooking meals
What You'll Gain:
A nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) over 24 months
Hands-on experience working directly with clients in the community
Confidence supporting people with diverse needs and abilities
Mastery of communication, empathy,



and practical care skills
Clear pathways for career progression in disability and aged care sectors
What You'll Need:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for shift work including days, nights, and weekends
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Check and orientation modules
Physically fit and calm under pressure
Commitment to inclusive care and CA Care Services' values
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or independent support; report writing; leadership skills; and a willingness to learn.
