Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is looking for a Graduate Area Manager in Sydney.
You will lead a team at a Fulfillment Centre, focus on safety, productivity and customer service, and participate in a comprehensive 11-week onboarding and mentorship program.
You will work night shifts (6:30pm–4:30am) with Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday rotations.
A night shift allowance is available and the program emphasizes development through hands-on leadership and analytics.
