Job Description
Must Have Skills:
Experience with
SailPoint IIQupgrades, enhancements, and release testing
Knowledge of broader
IdentityGovernance and Administration (IGA)
concepts and IAM domain
Hands-on experience with
Playwrightautomation
, preferably using
TypeScript
.
Nice to Have Skills:
Working knowledge of
JIRA
for defect logging, tracking, and test management.
Positive
SQL knowledge
for database validation and backend testing.
Detailed JobDescription:
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans,and test scenarios for SailPoint IdentityIQ IIQ implementations andenhancements.Exposure to IAMrelated business processes, user lifecyclemanagement, provisioning, and access certification.
Extensive handsonexperience in Playwright automation using TypeScript.
Strong expertise indesigning, developing, and executing end to end test automation frameworksand test suites using Playwright.
Collaborate closely with Development,Infrastructure, Middleware,



and Support teams to investigate, resolve, andvalidate issues across environments.
Identify, log, track, and validatedefects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and effective defectmanagement.
Prepare Test Completion Reports TCRs, quality metrics,dashboards, and executive level status reports.
Participate in productionreadiness reviews, provide quality assessments, and recommend releasesignoffs.
Contribute to release planning, risk assessments, stakeholdercommunications, and overall quality governance activities.
Review businessand technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage and qualityassurance.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills withthe ability to work effectively across cross functional teams
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulderand execute:
1) Lead the overall testing strategy for SailPointIdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations and enhancements, including test planning,coverage, execution governance, risk assessment, quality metrics, TCRpreparation, production readiness, and release sign-off recommendations.
2)Act as the key onsite coordination point across Development,Infrastructure, Middleware, Support, business stakeholders, and offshore QAteams.
Drive defect triage, issue resolution, release planning, statusreporting, risk/dependency tracking, and timely stakeholder communication.
3)Lead the designand implementation of scalable end-to-end automation using
Playwright withTypeScript
, ensuring effective regression coverage for IAM scenarios.
