An experienced Aged care provider operating a nmber of residential aged care facilities, across Goulburn, Wollongong and the Illawaara Coast of NSW has position available.

Opportunities to work part-time four days a week.
Residential aged care facilities in Goulburn and the Illawarra Coast of NSW.
Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
Provide education and training to staff
Be involved in clinical governance and contributing to policy and procedures

About you
A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
MMR and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships
Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
Accredited to vaccinate, essential
