HammondCare Scone is seeking an experienced Part-time Registered Nurse to join our residential team.
You will provide tailored and individualised responsive care for residents, advise and support care staff, and contribute to clinical decision making under AHPRA guidelines.
To succeed, you should hold current AHPRA registration, have 2–3 years in aged care, and be comfortable with nights and weekend shifts.
Solid dementia knowledge, teamwork, and computer skills are essential.
