New Horizons in Tweed Heads (Far North Coast, NSW) seeks a Recovery Coach/Support Coordinator for a part-time 32 hours/week, term-defined 12-month contract. You will support participants under the NDIS, coordinating services while working with cross-functional teams to deliver joined-up care.
Bring mental health experience, NDIS knowledge, and robust communication to empower people to direct their own lives. Local travel and driving may be required.
