Lutheran Services is seeking a Practice Lead in Community Services, based at Milton with frequent travel to our sites.
This full time role oversees practice foundations, supports service delivery and embeds our Model of Care across Community Services.
You will lead development of practice frameworks, provide expert guidance on safeguarding and regulatory matters, and build staff capability through coaching and reflective practice to improve outcomes for the people we support.
