The Perth Bears are looking for an organised, approachable People & Culture Advisor to support their growing team across the employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR professional with practical experience across people administration and coordination who is looking to broaden their generalist capability in a diverse and supportive environment.
Working closely with the Head of People, Culture & Operations, you'll help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee records, people systems and culture initiatives.
You'll also provide practical first level support to employees and leaders, with guidance available for more complex matters.
It's a varied role where you can learn quickly, build broad generalist experience and help shape the foundations of a new NRL club.
