6 Month Contract
An opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Specialist/Lead Auditor to lead food safety and quality systems within a fast-paced food manufacturing workplace. You will drive compliance with regulatory and certification standards while fostering a strong quality culture across the site.
The Role:
Lead site QA and food safety programs
Conduct audits, maintain certifications, and close non-conformances
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards
Develop SOPs and oversee packaging and labelling compliance
Lead investigations and implement corrective actions
Mentor and support QA team members
The Candidate:
Qualification in Food Science or related field
4+ years' experience in food industry quality systems
Strong HACCP knowledge and internal auditing experience
Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Background in meat or high-risk food production preferred
