HCA Youth and Community Services is seeking caring Residential Youth Workers in Australia to support children and young people in out‐of‐home care.
The role offers casual shifts with advance rostering and access to emergency and ad‐hoc shifts.
You will work with youth experiencing trauma and complex behaviours, providing safety, daily living support, transportation, and trauma‐informed care under supervision.
Competitive hourly rates apply.
