Estia Health is seeking an organised administrator to support our residential aged care operations.
You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to ensure rosters are accurate, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide prompt customer service to internal and external clients.
You will also help manage the enquiries pipeline, support billing and payroll processes, and maintain comprehensive record management.
