Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist for our Edge Hill Care Home in Queensland.
This full time, site-based role reports to the Facility Manager and leads front-line staffing across day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure resident care and operational stability.
You will manage rosters, partner with the workforce optimisation team, backfill shifts and coordinate with site leadership for 24/7 coverage.
