CareWays Community in Dapto, NSW, is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to roster care workers for in-home aged care and CHSP services.
The role is permanent full time and onsite in our Dapto office, Mon-Fri, reporting to the Aged Care Senior Manager.
You will manage rosters, align client needs with worker skills, monitor hours, arrange replacements, and ensure compliance and efficiency with accurate record-keeping.
