Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a personable and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our small F&B; team on a full time basis.
You will oversee daily service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, mentor staff and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include rosters, guest order accuracy, menu knowledge, health and safety compliance, and contributing to reporting and stock management.
RSA certification is required, and weekend availability is expected.
