A well-established Mechanical Services contractor based in Northern Sydney is looking to bring on a HVAC Estimator to lead their Estimating
This is a sole-charge estimating role, reporting directly to Senior Management, offering genuine autonomy and long-term stability within a tight-knit mechanical contractor.
You'll be responsible for HVAC estimating and procurement across commercial and high-rise projects ranging from $1M – $10M.
As HVAC Estimator you will be:
Producing comprehensive HVAC estimates for Commercial and Residential projects
Completing detailed take-offs, analysing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotations
Managing procurement of major plant and equipment
Issuing purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
Supporting project handover to the delivery team
Liaising with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
