About the Role
As a Registered Midwife, you will deliver high-quality, woman-centred care across a variety of maternity settings, supporting women and families throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period.
Opportunities are available across:
Birth Suite / Delivery Suite
Antenatal Care
Postnatal Care
Maternity Wards
Women's Health Services
Key responsibilities include:
Providing secure and evidence-based midwifery care




Monitoring maternal and fetal wellbeing
Supporting women throughout labour and delivery
Providing postnatal and newborn care
Delivering breastfeeding support and education
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Skills & Experience To be considered, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
Minimum 12 months recent midwifery experience
Experience in Birth Suite, Delivery Suite, Antenatal and/or Postnatal settings
Current National Police Check
Current SA Working With Children Check
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
Full Australian working rights
