Minor Hotels is seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef to join the AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort kitchen on a full time basis.
You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, assist with plating, maintain food safety standards, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Previous Demi Chef experience and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery are preferred; weekend availability is required.
