The Salvation Army in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Southern Cross Salvos Store. You will drive store performance, coach a team of employees and volunteers, and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting vital community programs. This permanent full time role reports to the Area Manager.
The position requires Monday to Friday work and adherence to Retail General Industry Award Level 6. A focus on community impact and donor engagement is essential.
