Head of Wealth – Senior Wealth and Estates Lawyer

You will work closely with the Managing Partner, COO and other practice leaders to build a more sophisticated private‐wealth offering across complex estate planning, intergenerational wealth transfer, asset protection, succession planning, trusts, superannuation and strategic structuring.
You will set the direction, build capability, mentor a team, deepen referral relationships, and grow a practice that genuinely has room to scale.
The remuneration structure will reflect both your leadership contribution and your legal work.
There's also a potential pathway to equity for the right person.
The Work




Practicing at a senior level, you will advise on:
Complex estate planning and testamentary structures
Trust establishment, restructuring and asset protection
Probate and complex estate administration
Business succession and intergenerational wealth transfer
Superannuation death benefit planning
Wealth strategies for HNW individuals, business owners and blended families
Integrated advisory with financial planners, accountants and other specialists
This Role Is Tailor Made For
You might be a Partner, SC or senior SA who is ready to lead a practice rather than inherit someone else's.
You're commercially minded, relationship‐driven and comfortable working across private wealth, estates, trusts or broader private‐client advisory.
You enjoy mentoring, building capability and shaping a team.
