Qualified Carpenter (consider 3rd or 4th year apprentice)
You'll work alongside our team and various trades across a wide range of projects. NKA Building & Maintenance specialises in high-quality residential renovations, residential maintenance projects, NDIS and aged care projects. The role involves working in vacant, occupied homes and aged care projects.
Key responsibilities
Demolition and structural preparation
Internal wall alterations
Timber framing and rectification work
Door and window installation
Hanging doors, hardware and finishing work
Skirting, architraves and trims
Flooring and subfloor repairs
Construction of decks, verandahs and external carpentry
Kitchen and bathroom preparation

Our Requirements
Qualified carpenter (will consider 3rd or 4th year apprentice)
Residential renovation experience
Excellent finishing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
Valuable problem-solving skills – particularly with existing homes and renovation work
Own hand tools
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
White Card
Good communication skills, punctual and reliable
