The non-negotiables
Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
Minimum of 1-2 years continuous experience as a Centre Manager
Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
Experience in participating inAssessments and Ratings with positive outcomes
Outstanding level of verbal and non-verbal communication
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
Strong organisational and time management skills
