Role purpose
An all-round Technical Business Analyst with a broad understanding of the Microsoft stack and practical exposure to AI-related initiatives.
The role bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
Key responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand business goals, current processes, pain points and expected outcomes.
Define and document functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
Identify and assess opportunities to apply AI and Microsoft technologies to business processes.
Collaborate with architects, developers and data teams to clarify feasibility, integrations, data needs and dependencies.




Support solution reviews, testing, user feedback and business acceptance.
Experience and skills
5–10 years of relevant experience in technical business analysis, systems analysis or a similar IT role.
Broad understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Working knowledge of AI concepts and the ability to help assess practical use cases and requirements.
Solid stakeholder engagement, communication, requirements documentation and analytical skills.
Able to move between business discussions and technical conversations as an adaptable all-rounder.
