About the Role
Hotel Renmark is seeking a motivated and skilled
Chef de Partie
to join our kitchen team.
Working alongside our Executive Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will contribute to delivering high-quality food across our diverse hospitality operations, including Nanya Bistro, Main Bar, functions and events, and Temperance Restaurant.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills, gain experience across a variety of service styles and progress within a supportive kitchen team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or robust Commis Chef ready to progress
Ability to manage a kitchen section confidently and efficiently
Strong cooking skills, attention to detail and consistency
Good organisational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices




Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present dishes to established standards
Manage daily preparation and service within your allocated section
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
Assist with stock rotation, inventory management and waste reduction
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
