community access support

About the Role
The role involves providing one-to-one community access support, including:
Supporting participation in community and social activities
Assisting the client to build confidence and independence
Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities and outings
Providing transport to and from community-based activities
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
Promoting a protected, positive, and person-centred support experience
What We're Looking For
We're seeking Support Workers who are:




Friendly, professional, and person-centred in their approach
Strong communicators who can build positive relationships
Reliable and committed to delivering quality support
Comfortable supporting community participation and social engagement
Able to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the wider team
Essential Requirements
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable and insured vehicle suitable for community access support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or equivalent clearance)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Right to work in Australia
