Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs across theapplication development lifecycle.
Ensure delivery commitments are achieved with respect toscope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, anddeliverables.
Oversee Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid deliverymethodologies.
Drive release planning, deployment, and transition activities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clientstakeholders.
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-relatedissues.
Conduct regular governance meetings, project reviews, andsteering committee discussions.




Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans tostakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and serviceexcellence.
Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost controls.
Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.
Track billing milestones and support invoicing activities.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operationalefficiencies.
Ensure financial targets and contractual obligations areachieved.
Resource & Team Management
Lead and manage project managers, scrum masters, technical leads,and delivery teams.
Drive workforce planning and resource allocation.
Support employee development, coaching, mentoring, andperformance management.
Foster a team-oriented and high-performance work environment.
Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Escalate critical risks to senior leadership as required.
Maintain RAID logs and delivery governance artifacts.
Ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
