The role can be based at our Bentleigh East (Melbourne) or Broadbeach (Gold Coast) offices and involves building a scalable people function across VIC and QLD.
Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, shaping culture, performance management, and ownership of Employment Hero across two sites.
