What You Will Get Stuck Into
Keeping daily transport admin running smoothly across the network
Managing manifests and making sure freight is dispatched and delivered accurately
Tracking freight movements and jumping on any delays before they become problems
Keeping customers in the loop with timely, helpful updates
Coordinating fleet maintenance, servicing, and compliance schedules




Supporting the Fleet Controller with driver compliance and daily operations
Pitching in across the team during busy periods because that is just what good teammates do
Spotting ways to do things better and helping make them happen

Have a background in office administration, logistics, or operations coordination
