You will handle inbound calls, follow scripts, and maintain accurate records while delivering professional customer service in a rapid-paced election environment.
The role starts on 5 November, is full-time, with shifts from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, in West Melbourne near Southern Cross Station.
