About the Role
As a Travel Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within residential aged care facilities across the Northern Territory.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support residents' clinical, emotional, and wellbeing needs while maintaining compliance with aged care standards and best-practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care to aged care residents
Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications and manage clinical treatments
Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation




Ensure care is delivered in accordance with organisational policies and aged care standards

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Minimum 2 years' recent aged care nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments
