This role encompasses various key result areas to support company success, uphold quality control standards and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and legislative requirements.This role requires a strong understanding of interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.What your day will look like Customer Relations/Communication - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding orders, quotations, and delivery timelines.
Order Processing - Accurately input customer orders into Triumph and SharePoint within 48 hours of receipt.




Quotations - Prepare quotations for standard products (excluding special projects) in a timely manner.
Delivery Coordination - Establish and communicate accurate delivery dates with both the production team and customers.
Drill Sheets - Complete drill sheets accurately to support production and order fulfilment.
Skillset needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and administrative processes.
Experience with Triumph and SharePoint (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
