About the role: Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and productivity targets across all L'Oréal Luxe fragrance brands Deliver exceptional client experiences through tailored fragrance consultations and elevated service standards Build and maintain a loyal client base, using strong clienteling and follow-up strategies Coach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance support Manage daily counter operations, including rosters, reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandising Ensure the counter reflects the luxury image of L'Oréal Luxe brands through impeccable presentation and hygiene standards Collaborate with store and brand teams to execute in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns Oversee stock management to ensure optimal availability of key launches and core products Champion brand education and innovation, keeping the team informed and inspired by new launches and fragrance storytelling Benefit to you:
