Job Description Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth across the builder, retail, and commercial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, and key project stakeholders.
Identify and secure new project opportunities across commercial construction, education, healthcare, aged care, mining, and infrastructure markets.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and specification through to negotiation and project delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements.
Grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and project pipelines to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
The Successful Applicant A successful Business Development Manager should have: Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales within the building, construction, or commercial sectors.
Robust existing network and established relationships within the WA building and construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and project based sales.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage builders, developers, contractors, and key decision makers.
Self motivated and capable of working autonomously, with the drive and initiative to establish and grow the WA market as the sole local representative for the business.
