We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Team Members to join the team at Freycinet Lodge.
With around five positions available, we're particularly looking for experienced waitstaff to join our formal dining team in the Bay Restaurant, along with an opportunity for an experienced Bartender.Whether you're looking for your next hospitality adventure on your own or travelling and working as a couple, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoDepending on your experience, you could be:Providing warm, professional table service in our Bay RestaurantCreating a memorable dining experience for our guestsTaking food and beverage orders and sharing your knowledge of the menuServing and recommending wines and beveragesPreparing and serving cocktails and other drinks behind the barWorking across breakfast and dinner service, including some split shiftsWhat You'll BringWe'd love to hear from people who have:Previous experience in hospitality, particularly restaurant or formal dining serviceA genuine passion for providing great guest experiencesStrong communication skills and a friendly, professional approachThe flexibility to work across breakfast, dinner and split shiftsWine knowledge or experience in food and wine serviceA WSET qualification, which would be a fantastic advantageFor our bartender opportunity,
