Are you a senior contract administrator wanting to move into project management?
Well, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager in commercial construction projects across Perth.
This role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to practical completion, working closely with contract administrators, site teams,



and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, program and manage commercial construction projects from award through to completion Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery Oversee project budgets, cost control and reporting Manage procurement of trades and materials in collaboration with the contracts team Drive program adherence, resolve on-site issues, and manage project risk Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual obligations throughout delivery Liaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants to maintain strong working relationships Skills
