About the Role Reporting through to an impressive and supportive Finance Manager and working within a collaborative team your responsibilities will include: End to end Accounts Payable Approving the payment of supplier invoices Reconciliation of supplier accounts Invoicing / billing Processing of customer payments Customer query resolution Collections and follow-up of overdue amounts Master-data maintenance Month-end reporting What's on Offer Three month temporary contract with immediate start Two days work from home flexibility Supportive and collaborative team Continued employment over the holiday period Potential for extension Your Profile To be successful in this role you will be required to have proven previous accounts payable and receivable experience in a busy, high- volume role.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally are also essential for this role.
Previous experience within the healthcare, aged-care or homecare industries would be an advantage.
Robust system skills, including OCR experience, will also be essential, with MS Dynamics an advantage.
