Job Description Prepare monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts to support business performance and strategic decision making Analyse financial results, providing commentary on variances, trends and key business drivers Partner with operational stakeholders to deliver financial insights and improve commercial outcomes Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes Monitor business performance through KPI reporting, cash flow analysis and profitability reviews Identify opportunities to improve financial processes,



reporting accuracy and operational efficiency The Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate should have: CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification 3-6 year's experience in a Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering role Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and non finance teams Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems The ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights Excellent communication and relationship building skills (must have)
