Requirements Experience troubleshooting desktop and network issues, Operating system installation, upgrades, and administration, Operating system patch installation and management, Hardware and software break-fix support, IT engineering and technical support experience, Basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support, Basic LAN and WAN networking knowledge, Basic switch and router configuration, Microsoft Office installation and administration, Business-level English communication, Fluency in the relevant local language, Ability to provide dispatch, on-call, ticket-based support, Availability for SBD and NBD service-level support, Availability for freelance, part time, or casual assignments, Willingness and ability to support sites in Bli Bli and other Queensland locations
