Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Providing detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and amenities to assist guests in selecting their ideal stay.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.




Ensuring special requests and preferences are noted and communicated effectively to relevant departments.
Collaborating with the front office and sales team to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving booking-related issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry, along with: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and familiarity with reservations software Opera Cloud is an advantage.
A positive and professional demeanour, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
