We are currently inviting exceptional individuals to join the Kool Beanz family at our Suns Carrara centre.
A purpose-built facility catering for up to 189 enrolments.

About the Role: Working closely with the Centre Director,



you' will play a pivotal role in both the educational and operational success of the service.
You will be responsible for: Educational Leadership Leading and mentoring educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
Embedding the EYLF, NQS and Kool Beanz pedagogy throughout the centre.
Coaching educators through planning cycles, documentation and intentional teaching.
Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Monitoring programming and supporting reflective practice across all rooms.
Building educator capability through mentoring, professional development and coaching.
Conducting regular room walkthroughs to ensure quality, supervision and safety.
About You: You will be someone who enjoys leading by example and inspiring others to be their best.
You will bring: Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Previous experience in an Educational Leader.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Assessment
