The Role An opportunity is available for a Recruitment Officer and a Recruitment Administrator to support high-volume blue-collar recruitment activity on a national scale.
This role will focus on coordinating hiring processes for positions including splatter painters, trade roles, skilled labourers, mechanical fitters, electricians, supervisors, and other project-based roles across Australia.
You will play a key part in keeping recruitment moving efficiently, with a strong focus on onboarding coordination, reference checking, and medical administration.
With a large volume of activity currently underway, including a significant number of references and medicals to manage, this role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced,



high-volume environment and can keep multiple moving parts organised.
Your Profile You will be an organised and proactive recruitment or administration professional with experience supporting blue-collar, trades, or high-volume hiring environments.
You'll be comfortable managing a busy workflow, liaising with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
To be successful, you will ideally bring: Previous recruitment administration or workforce coordination experience Exposure to blue-collar, trades, industrial, or project-based recruitment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of references and medical bookings Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy Reference Number: ******-) This is an in office position.
