They are currently looking to appoint a driven, customer-oriented Airport Officer / Ground Staff professional to support ground handling operations at Sydney Airport.
This role is central to the delivery of secure, efficient, and high-standard airport operations.
You will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders in a dynamic airport environment, ensuring smooth operations while consistently providing outstanding customer service.
Job Description and Requirements · Supervision and coordination of passenger handling, ramp, and operation.
· Ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently within specified time frames.
· Perform office support and administrative functions.
· Lead and supervise the entrusted company as an airline staff.
· As multi task may be requested, ad hoc duties will be expected Requirements : · Minimum 1 year of airport working experience.
· Experience in a similar capacity for a Supervisory position will be an added advantage.
· Relevant working experience in related industry will be an added advantage.
· Good command of English language, both written and spoken, knowledge of Japanese language will be an added advantage.
· Cultural understanding of Japan and/or a strong interest in Japanese culture.
· Computer literate (Word, Excel,



Power Point) · Physically fit and ability to work on shift.
· Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
