Key responsibilities Patient assessments, triage and clinical nursing care Immunisations, wound care and clinical procedures Chronic disease management and preventative healthcare Supporting GPs with patient care and treatment Health education and patient counselling Assisting with minor procedures and wound management Infection control, clinical documentation and stock management About you Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a patient-centred approach Solid organisational and computer skills Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and patient safety GP, hospital and aged care experience is highly regarded About us Hamilton Family Practice serves the community.
