Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Proactively identify, prospect and win new business across the Aged Care and Disability Sectors.
n
Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth
n
Robust negotiation and interpersonal skills.
n
Excellent communication and presentation.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and regular sales reporting
n
Interstate and intrastate travel and tradeshow support
n
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven success in business development, ideally in the HealthCare sector
n
A strong track record of generating new business,



building pipelines and closing sales.
n
You enjoy selling and building valuable relationships
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
Self-motivated, commercially driven and capable of managing an autonomous territory.
n
Willingness to travel throughout Australia and a current driver's licence.
n
