We are looking for an experienced
Lead Appian Developer
to join our team and drive enterprise application development, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop enterprise applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
Build workflows, case management solutions, process models, SAIL interfaces, records, and sites.
Integrate applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, and SQL databases.
Lead technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed teams.
Ensure application performance, security, and development best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM and low-code development.
Expertise in Appian SAIL, Records, Process Models, Sites, and Integrations.
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and SQL databases.
Robust understanding of workflow automation, Agile delivery, and application performance.
Technical leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred:
Banking and Financial Services experience, Appian certifications, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
