As Branch Manager – Devonport, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our branch, overseeing Warehouse, Transport,



Stock Control and Administration functions while driving a safe, high-performing and customer-focused culture.
With accountability for branch EBIT, you'll balance operational excellence with commercial performance, ensuring the branch delivers exceptional service, strong financial results and sustainable growth.
While you won't directly manage the Sales team, you'll work closely with the Sales Manager to support customer growth, strengthen relationships and ensure the branch is set up to deliver on its commitments.
Leading a small local team, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader who builds trust, develops people and drives accountability.
You'll bring flexibility to support both AM and PM operations and provide leadership support outside standard business hours when required.
