About ThemA highly regarded international professional services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its Australian business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.Supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees across Australia, this is a true generalist role where you will act as the primary HR contact for local leaders and employees while working closely with a well-established global HR function based overseas.This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR skilled who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing leaders, and managing end-to-end HR operations in a mature, well-supported environment.About the RoleReporting to an overseas Senior HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of all day-to-day HR activity across Australia.
You'll be supported by specialist global centres of excellence covering areas such as employee relations, payroll, reward, learning & development and HR services.Key responsibilities include:Providing trusted HR advice to leaders and employeesCoaching and supporting senior stakeholders and business leadersManaging employee relations matters with support from specialist HR teamsLeading cyclical HR activities including performance,
